We will also confirm your time and date by text.

Please make sure you have this added to your calendar. If you miss an appointment without notice, you'll be blocked from further opportunities without payment.

You will receive an email 24 hours before your meeting to remind you and 1 hour before. That email will contact a reschedule/cancellation link. You can also just text us to reschedule or cancel.
