Responsibility
Curiouser and the Curiouser Team will do everything within the terms of your product to support you in achieving your own results and desired outcomes.
You are ultimately the only one who can create change in your life.
Curiouser and the Curiouser Team will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options and advise based on their own personal experience, training and the package you've chosen.
You accept full responsibility for all of your decisions and courses of action.
By choosing Curiouser.Life, you agree and acknowledge that the Curiouser team are not licensed investment advisors, real estate agents, accountants, finance, health or legal professionals (except as explicitly stated).
Confidentiality
Curiouser and the Curiouser Team will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship or that you have purchased any of our products without your express consent. You, of course are free to discuss our business relationship with anyone at anytime.
Scheduling
All sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you, Curiouser and the Curiouser Team. If for any reason you cannot attend a private or semi-private coaching event, you are fully responsible for informing your Curiouser and the Curiouser Team and arranging an appointment at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be deemed forfeit. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive reply) via email.
Tasks
Tasks are assigned to assist in accelerating your change and the achievement of your desired results.
Habit Tracker
The Habit Tracker allows for you and/or Curiouser and the Curiouser Team to create tracked habits to assist in accelerating your change and the achievement of your desired results.
Support & Assistance
Curiouser and the Curiouser Team is available during the week via text and email to share wins, seek clarity on actions or review minor issues via the forums or chat.

It is part of your agreement with Curiouser and the Curiouser Team.
All of our products and services come with a guarantee. The terms of which will vary from product to product.
Notice of cancellation
Cancellation notices will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received by Curiouser and the Curiouser Team. No refunds, credits or transfers available for no-shows (to private or semi-private coaching events).
Terms of Coaching, Workshops, & Challenges
Each program is created and sold as a whole package and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in private or semi-private coaching events for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit or transfer.
Suspending Membership
This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Coaching Calls
Curiouser and the Curiouser Team do not take phone calls for coaching or personalized calls. Chat and/or video options are preferred, to keep a record for the participants, and can be chosen at the time of booking.
Payment Plans
If any installment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. Any private or semi-private coaching event(s) will be postponed until payment is received within the 7 days, all discounts and bonuses will be forfeited and full payment will apply. If a Client should default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Program and the Cancellation Policy will apply. An N.S.F. or credit card decline will result in penalty from our payment processing company in cases of payment default.
Program Changes
Curiouser and the Curiouser Team reserve the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as needed. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.
Mutual Agreement Cancellation
If at any time wither the Client or Curiouser and the Curiouser Team believe the Coaching Sessions and agreement are no longer serving the needs of the Client, they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to cancelling the Program or Sessions.
Intellectual Property
All material relating to any program by Curiouser and the Curiouser Team is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.
Indemnification
You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any personal, physical, or business actions.
Agreement Section
By entering into an agreement either through making a purchase with Curiouser and the Curiouser Team, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
