One-on-One Mentorship with Heather aka Nookie

This coaching agreement outlines the basic principles we agree to as part of our mentorship relationships together.

My commitment to you, as your mentor and facilitator, is to work alongside you to define and achieve your dating and relationship goals.

Why mentoring and not coaching?

A coach takes responsibility for your results. Bullying you, bossing you, hassling you to do the work and hit your goal.

I'm not going to berate you or force you.

Instead, as your mentor, we'll discuss your goals and your current assets. We'll create a custom-tailored plan to move you forward as efficiently as possible that will include one-on-one live sessions, group live sessions, self-work between sessions, and resources like books and educational videos to advance you in specific areas.

YOU are responsible for doing the work, and if it doesn't get done, we'll dig into your resistance and whys, because those will also help us move you forward.

Mentorship Overview

Individual dating and relationship mentorship focused on authenticity and the four SELF-ish Love foundations: likability, lovability, sustainability and bangability.

Sessions are delivered by Rev Heather, aka Nookie, Licensed Unicorn Quester (Heather M. Claus).

Sessions held locally in Raleigh, NC or online via Consolto.

Services available for adults (18+)

Session Structure

Arrive promptly; 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation without recourse.

Dress appropriately.

Bring necessary focus, attitude, and note-taking materials.

Client Commitments

You are taking part in the coaching sessions at your own free will.

Prepare for each session.

Bring a note book & pen to make personal session notes throughout as needed.

Minimize distractions during sessions.

Engage in between-session activities where identified.

Attend sessions free from alcohol/substance influence.

Mentor Commitments

Preparation and review for your session(s).

Punctual and keeping to time commitment.

Honest & open communication focused on your personal goals and ambitions.

Nonjudgmental.

Sharing of tailored and evidence-based resources to support your coaching journey.

Package Terms & Payment

All session payments are due upfront in advance of the session.

1-session packages valid for 1 month.

1-month packages valid for 2 months.

6-month packages valid for 9 months.

Packages & one-to-one sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations require 24-hour notice - after that session cancellations will be non-refundable.*

You can reschedule your pre-paid package sessions as required a minimum of 48 hours before the session.

Late cancellations/no-shows charged in full and non-refundable.*

Non Attendance to sessions without explanation may result in termination of coaching agreement with no refund.

Payments accepted via PayPal, Stripe, or invoice on request.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Sessions are confidential.

Data is stored and used for the purpose of review.

Anonymous content from sessions may be used in case studies.

Termination & Complaints

In the event you have not completed and returned the client registration form within the agreed period your session may be cancelled and any pre-payment lost.

Complaints: In the unlikely occurrence that you need to make a complaint, please email this to [email protected] or +1-855-712-5433 (toll-free). We will aim to respond to your complaint no more than 4 working days of receipt.

Termination: If you wish to terminate our coaching agreement and delivery together, please do so in writing. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 10 working days.

Right for Respect: Curiouser.Life does not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviors by clients and may terminate the sessions early and cease the mentoring relationship where this behavior is demonstrated.

Alcohol/Substance: You are not permitted to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or substances. Nor access these as part of our session.
