It’s the last pool party of the season today.

The theme is “Ice Cream Social.”

I love my life.

I really do.

This space where people come out of hiding.

Where shame melts under the sunshine.

I’ve sent the morning “don’t be early” reminder.

I love the enthusiasm, just not before the opening bell.

Last party?

The first car pulled in at the exact minute the doors opened.

By thirty after…? Bliss.

It fills me up.

Like, deep soul satisfying full.
