September 1: The Pee-romone Effect (I wish I were kidding)
Have you heard of Pheromone Maxxing?

This one's funny.
And also, kind of sad.
You've probably heard of pheromones.
Maybe you've even seen the science of scent, like the classic sweaty t-shirt experiment.
The setup:
Men wore plain cotton tees for two nights straight.
No cologne, no deodorant, no garlic bread benders.
The test:
Women sniffed the boxed shirts and rated them for pleasantness and sexiness.
The result:
Women consistently preferred the scent of men who were genetically dissimilar to them.
Nature's little trick for immune diversity in future kids.
Cool, right? Real science. Real attraction.
Well, some young men have taken that ball and run it straight off a cliff.
They're not showering for days.
Skipping deodorant for weeks.
And some of them are drinking their own urine, convinced it'll "cleanse toxins" and maxx their pheromones.
I wish I were joking.
My favorite comment on the video making the rounds? "Anything but therapy, huh?"
